Where it all began: the Anna Tasca Cooking School in rural Sicily. Held on the Tasca family estate, Regaleali, our first and beloved program is a 6-week study of the diverse and adaptive Sicilian food system, soil to producer to plate.

A 600-acre coastal estate of woodlands, gardens, and sea views in the Scottish Lowlands. Ten days exploring the land and the sea, and the learning from the communities that have long depended on both.
