Photo Release
By joining us on Cook the Farm programs guests give Anna Tasca Lanza staff, their program partners, and other guests the right and unrestricted permission to take photos to be used and published in whole or in part, individually, or in connection with other material on the internet for any purpose whatsoever, specifically including illustration, promotion, art, editorial, advertising, and trade, without restriction as to alteration unless expressly forbid by the guest in writing prior to arrival.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
Anna Tasca Lanzaʼs top priority is ensuring that all our guests, students, workshop leaders, and staff feel comfortable, safe, and confident at the cooking school.
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking. Guests may choose to pay the full amount upfront, though all payments are non-refundable.
Payment in full is due 60 days before the start date.
If you cancel more than 60 days before your program start date, any amount paid can be used as a credit for a future booking with ATL within one calendar year.
No credit or refund will be given for cancellations made within 60 days of the start date.
Refunds are only issued in the rare event that Cook the Farm cancels the program.

We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
Cancellations due to medical or personal reasons fall under the standard policy.
We are not liable for travel or related expenses – travel insurance is required.
